it happened at the end of last month. i already got a new whip to replace it. still fighting with insurance and i start physical therapy next week for back and neck injuries....

Even if it can alot of times insurance agencies like the label a car as totaled.
I got into an accident where a car hit me from behind. Only thing was wrong was that the trunk couldnt close all the way. But they still labeled it as totaled
