But it's almost impossible to involuntarily commit someone in certain states. Hopefully the police in his area are aware of him and just waiting for him to physically touch someone for that assult charge. But they'll probably wait until bodies turn up

There was a thread posted here a day or two ago about this guy Dan Cilley...That thread did not properly display how insane this individual is and that thread had some strange videos http://www.thecoli.com/threads/aspie-creep-tries-to-pick-up-girls-on-the-street-video.435024/ and this got me intrigued...
On the surface he just seems like some creepy socially awkward pua guy but this gets much much deeper family.
Exhibit A: Dan Cilley is apparently is a mental unstable 30 year old white man who lives on food stamps, section 8, and subsidized phone(), (I'll talk more about this later). He has a girlfriend; a middle aged asian woman named Kim who also has schizophrenia. Theres never any real signs that these two actually get intimate but Kim basically takes care of him; buys him food, pays his bills, etc.. and treats her like shyt and often "hits" on other women right in front of her.
"Why would a girl report me for grabbing her. They like it. its just too early. I creep them out but THEY LIKE IT. They just can't handle it consciously.
Some women recognize him and fukk with him and others just keep their head down and hope to god they'e not about to be violated.
Exhibit B: This is not trolling or a joke. Dan Cilley has been reported in his apartment building before for harassing women and he sometimes grabs them without permission.
Sometimes he can't control himself and gets completely vulgar.
He has been damn near arrested multiple times. But they wont put him in jail or a mental facility(

In this one, note at around 1:25 how he can't control himself and actually yells(something he rarely does because he tries to a keep an, obviously fake, calm demeanor. Like a psycopath. See patrick bateman in american psycho.
Oh but it doesn't stop there. Right after that, because of his anger about a woman calling the cops on him...HE LITERALLY CHASES A WOMAN DOWN THE STREET.
In own his own words: "I got angry and that fueled me to run after this girl. It's anger, but channeling it in a positive way you know."
He then "acosts" another girl and asks her why she's rejecting him. She laughs and walks away and he says to himself: "He's a murderer he's a pedophile arghhhh"
Now for my final piece of evidence.
Exhibit C: In the past week or so Dan Cilley has lost his food stamps. He has no job. His girlfriend can barely take care of him. He has become a trump supporter. He claims he becomes "ill" when eating certain foods and gluten so he only eat potatoes and beans and cantelope and cabbage and some other weird shyt.
He is now begging the internet for money, is losing his "girlfriend", and is going batshyt crazy not leaving his room.

He says if he gets no money he'll have to ask for money on the street or some shyt, but family I am afraid for his block. The cops will not put him away and he is losing what little shyt he had left to begin with.
