not so fast kobe stans, lebron haters......all T-mac is talking about is being in offensive attack mode, he never once put Kobe ahead of lebron, infact he said Lebron is top 3 to 5 all time, so unless you think he had kobe at number 2:patrice::mjgrin:

"Mike is just to me, in my opinion, he's just the greatest of all time in the toughest era and the things that he did. And LeBron is arguably to me top 3 greatest of all time. You know what i have a problem with, though? And I've played against MJ, I've played against 'Bron... Bro, how people just skip over Kobe like Kobe wasn't nice like that, though? People just bypass and say, 'LeBron is just better than Kobe and we just go to the greatest of all time, MJ'. Coming from me, I've played against all three of these dudes. I will say Bron is easily top 3 greatest, top 5 all time. I will say this: I would much rather, as an opponent, play against LeBron than facing Kobe or Jordan on the other side. Because of their mentality and what I know what they're going to do every frickin possession. Every single possession. You've got to be locked in."

and then when you add this nugget in from about a year ago

According to most NBA players it is a debate with Kobe having the edge.

Especially when it's guys that played against both like TMac.

Most NBA players and coaches thought the 3 point shot is a terrible shot because it was further...they were wrong

People lie...numbers don't...

Lebron James been a better basketball player than Kobe since 2008

Lebron got more rings as the number 1 guy, Lebron got more MVPs, more FMVPs...

Shoots better from the field, scores more efficiently, got more rebounds, more assists...he's just an overall better basketball player and anybody that says otherwise is flat out wrong lmao....

In the end...when it's all said and done...career wise...Lebron is gonna be a Top 3 basketball player of all time and Kobe is gonna be the guy that dropped 81 points...

Jordan was playing against Grown Men. Malone, Payton, Stockton, Ewing, Oakley, Barkley, Mourning, Bird, Magic, Isiah Thomas, D.Robinson, Hakeem, Shaq, etc.

LeBron goin up against Jason Tatum, Al Horford, Lowry, DeRozan, Isaiah Thomas, JJ Barea, etc.

and when he played against "tough competition" he played them when they were either washed up or too young. i.e. Celtics, Thunder. (kinda reminds u of Mayweather)

and when he played against "tough competition" he's lost 5 times in the Finals

:wow:
During Jordan's title string (90/91-97/98):
Bird and Zeke were washed or retired.
Never faced Hakeem or D-Rob.
Charles Oakley doesn't fukking belong on this list :mjlol:
Jordan played Barkley on a mediocre Sixers team in the playoffs one time before he got to Phoenix.
Stockton & Malone were old...you will say "but they were still playing at a high level", but when this is applied to the 2011-13 Celtics Bron played this goes out the window.
He's beaten Shaq but Shaq also beat him...and they were just as "young" as the Thunder.
And still no shooting guards.

In addition to the players you posted, LeBron in his Finals runs has also played Dirk, KD, Westbrook, Harden, Duncan, Kawhi, Parker, Ginobili, Curry, Klay, Draymond. He's beaten everyone he's lost to except Dirk because he never went back.

Jordan is still #1 all-time but stop the bullshyt.

  • young KD, Westbrook, Harden. with a BIG 3 in Miami.. dont count.
  • beat an Injured Curry (Klay and Draymond are role players) no different than Hersey Hawkins and David Wingate
  • needed a Ray Allen miracle to beat the Spurs

I just said the Thunder were just as young as the 90s Magic
Curry wasn't "injured" till he lost, and if that's the case Curry beat an injured Cavs team the year before. Klay and Draymond are role players but you placed Charles Oakley on your list.
Ray Allen hit that 3 in Game 6 after Bron led them to a comeback, and Bron balled in Game 7. And somehow he's the only player who gets "saved" when his supporting cast make plays, but somehow Paxson, Armstrong, Kerr, Fisher, Artest never "save" Jordan or Kobe.

MJ and Kobe never committed 3 crucial turnovers down the stretch and freeze up like LeBron did in game 6.

not to mention LeBron still has the worst epic choke job of all time in 2011 <<<< that right there is more brutal to his legacy more than anything.

Like Kobe shooting 38% & 17% in 04 and freezing out his team against a Detroit team that preferred to keep games in the 70s right? Lemme guess he gets credit for "trying".
And still Bron >>>>>> Kobe :umad:
