The Bantu are a huge ethnolinguistic/meta-ethnic group that is spread over a large part of Africa. Simply saying 'Bantu' as if they are a singular entity is simplistic when there are literally hundreds of distinct Bantu cultures. It's even worse than saying Germanics or Slavics or Latins as if they are a singular entity, considering The Bantu's population size, the geographical territory they inhabit and the hundreds of ethnic groups and cultures.
Do Aframs/ADOS (and other African descendants of the Americas) descend from Bantu ethnic groups? Absolutely.
Which ones? Mainly from Central Africa like the Bakongo, Bateke, Fang, etc. Very little from East and Southern Africa.

Your map proves my point, but I'm not going to argue back and forth.
Every African American is going to have a high amount of Central African DNA, especially from Congo and Angola. Almost every African American is also going to have a small amount of Madagascar DNA as well as DNA from other areas in South and Southeast Africa. Bantu would literally be African American second highest DNA total behind West African. Some African Americans even have higher Bantu results than West African results due to so many Congo and Angola people being brought to the USA.
