2013 was the year that " lower tier" artists showed up in a big way
Just off what iv been enjoying recently.... banks, trae, pusha,nipsey fukkit even that miller album got heavy rotation.
the heavy weights did their thing, jigga drake all that but if i look at whats been played, 2013 is the year of the come up.
when the hype dies down, quality is all thats heard
