Why is there so much traffic?

It's 10am and Dallas is gridlock rt now.
Wth?

Why? Because of a stalled car in the shoulder lane? Ur 3 lanes over, stop slowing down to stare at a stalled car. Stop slowing down to look at a basic accident that police are already handling. It's different if you are stopping to help. Other than that, stop being so freakin nosey. Your slowing down to stare is like a major domino effect for miles behind you.
