One of the articles posted mentioned they had previous dealings but it’s now been determined that by “dealings” they meant previous run-ins. The officer and the victim has had previous run-ins, not previously dated. My bad.

All of that is fine and good advice. But, the problem is, that shouldn’t be a REQUIREMENT just to survive police encounters. The WORST that should happen from not doing things like that is more charges or an arrest (that wasn’t already going to happen), not execution.
