He was saying that about writing the book. But the same Mega in same interviews would say well I was this...read Prodigy's book...he said it in there. P never even said anything bad about Mega. Mega was as his homie that was in the car that he didn't want to shoot up. The same Mega that put on Who Am I the excerpt with him and Littles arguing on the radio about P
Mega wrote a book too. I didn't read it, but I have it.

Alchemist has talked on this as well, as he was with him the night he got arrested. Maybe that explicitly didn't happen, but the cops were trying to get both of them to give them info on other rappers. Al spoke on it on a podcast not too long ago.

How was P not close to Killer B when he has a song dedicated to him on the infamous and later mentions him in another song about his fallen homies. Dude was there from the get go. He’s one the reasons they had to put respect on Mobb Deep’s name.

most of p's book is the truth.
some stuff that made him look bad was left out, and some stories were told to him second hand, but he didnt make anything up from thin air.
he even said that after laked punched him he went home and cried in front of his woman.
The issue wasn't really about truth or lie, it was about P technically being an "outsider" and writing an entire book on QB without anyones knowledge. Almost on some donnie brasco shyt.
Not to mention leaking all the situations and stories that those guys managed to keep underwraps for years. Speaking on ppls dead family members, ppls mom's, street shyt etc.
rubbed a lot of ppl the wrong way

prodigy bashed nas all throughout the book
nas is a quiet guy. going public with his disdain for it would only give it more attention.
but he didnt like that shyt at all
prodigy pretty much called him a jealous biter. he also mentioned that nas got choked out by the bars and hooks guy, something that was true but was never made public.
pretty much qb did a good of keepin most of their street and personal issues in-house, and prodigy spilled that shyt to the world in a fashion that suited him.
Havoc was LIVID over the book and made a prodigy diss song over it
