100%. His mind state calmed alot too towards the end of his life. Feel like he was in a lot better state post '13, when he was spending more time with Al. Dude passed. Passive aggressive, half-hearted acknowledgments by Trag, Mega, Nas just look petty.

I agree with the passive aggressive shoutouts from those guys, not nas though. Trag & Nore are the worst for this, you can tell deep down they dont respect P at all, their shoutouts always seem so sideways, they always attach some sort of negative vibe to the shoutout/acknowledgment

Mega is also one dude who cant be taken seriously ... Ill never forget when he came out and condemned whoever vandalized Ps mural, like aggressively with his chest. Then it came out that worms mans did it and he deleted the post and completely changed up his tone with a new post copping pleas.

I think Nas is genuine ... hes one of the greatest of all time and king of QB, I felt when he mentioned P in his previous songs he really meant it and wanted him to be looked at in the best light possible. Infact hes the only MC thats really mentioned him in songs since he passed? And Conway?

I honestly think its criminal how P isn't getting that much acknowledgement post death, Nas is really the only guy keeping his name alive thru songs.

Delorean did the same. That's hood ninjas for you. It's all this way UNTIL a certain dude involved, then it's "that was different." Nore has always done this, even when they were cool. He used to do it to Nas too, at time with Capone, and especially always with Trag. As for Trag, I just think he's so fukked up (tragic) that he's 100% how he feels at that time. I think he's one that can show you genuine love, and 5 minutes later be 100% angry at you for some ish that happened 8 years ago. He tends to have great friendships but horrible relationships with the same folks - meaning they love him, but can't fukk with him.

As for the mention in songs, virtually none of them other than Nas have really put out music since - not even Mega. Illa Ghee put on a project, but I haven't listened through to hear if he gave P a shot out...plus he's not QB. Hav was lookin real bad for a while, but it seems like he's back to making music...or at least producing. Nature started really working over the past year. Perhaps P was really the engine that drove QB music.

Nas is the GOAT to me. And since he's died, he's been respectful. Hasn't shown much emotion over it, but saying passive aggressive probably isn't fair to him. The Jordan Tower interview with P kind of put their relationship in a different light to me.

Maybe he’s saying that Nas took a shot at Prodigy dying from choking. Nas has been one of the most vocal celebrities paying homage to P. Doing concert tributes and all that.
