It is different.
It clearly gives personhood status to a fetus at any gestational age.
Personhood laws have failed in courts even in the south because of all the fukery attached to them. (Yall gonna start throwing women in jail for being victims of domestic violence, passing along genetic issues, refusing amnios, etc?)
No one is arguing she should have been fighting.
However, every miscarriage shouldn't be subject to a criminal matter , epecially when likely induced by the hand of someone else.
Also I find it amusing that 95% of the time it's F the police, but in this instance they're 100% reporting this accurately.

The mother got her kid killed while committing a crime, in self defense another girl(a BLACK WOMAN BTW - right, fukk her self defense rights) shot and killed her baby. shyt is pretty simple to me.

You're not smart. Uneducated. You wanna drop off words like communism and also bring up Medicaid/Medicare.
You have no actual grasp of the reality of which you're trying to speak into existence. You can't not care about adult women of reproductive age, but then be so concerned with their overall health if they become pregnant.
