Josh Brolin is looking more stylish than ever and like a gritty comic-book character courtesy of director Robert Rodriguez.

Mickey Rourke reprises his role as the brutish Marv from the first movie, and the sequel also features returning cast members Rosario Dawson, Jaime King and Jessica Alba as exotic dancer Nancy Callahan.

In addition to Brolin, other Sin City newcomers include Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jamie Chung and Christopher Meloni.

"Having a BLAST making this movie," Rodriguez tweeted. "Amazing cast, and they're all doing fantastic work."

Looks good. Really liked the first one. I hope they include the Hell & Back story in it. I remember way back about rumors of Johnny Depp playing Wallace. That'd be dope, crept that I don't think he has the physique for it (could be attained tho I suppose). I wonder who could be cast as Esther. Kerry Washington probably.

I thought Hell and Back was supposed to be the plot for Sin City 3?

Could very well be.*shrugs* But considering how they did the first movie with a collage of the stories, I figured the same might be the case here.

You may be right, but I just remembering what the original plan was years ago after Sin City 1 was out: part two be random stories and backstories and part 3 would be Hell and Back. I guess we will all see now.

Sucks that Michael Clarke Duncan Died before we could see him fight Marv in a dame to kill for they replaced him with the allstate guy

They cast vesper from casino royale as ava lord aka the dame to kill for, dont know how i feel about that.

This is the line up according wikia

"A Dame to Kill For"

Dwight McCarthy (Josh Brolin) is called by his former lover, Ava Lord (Eva Green), who wants his help to escape her abusive husband, billionaire Damien Lord. However, Dwight soon learns that Ava's true intentions are far more sinister than they appear.

[edit] "Just Another Saturday Night"

On the night John Hartigan meets back up with Nancy in "That Yellow b*stard", Marv (Mickey Rourke) regains consciousness on a highway overlooking the Projects, surrounded by dead young men, unable to remember how he got there.

[edit] "The Long Bad Night" (original story)

Johnny (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a cocky gambler, disguises a darker mission to destroy the biggest villain in Sin City at his own game. He beats the wrong guy and things take a very bad turn for him.[5][6] Along the way, he meets a young stripper named Marcy (Julia Garner).[7][8]

[edit] Untitled original story

Set after Hartigan's suicide at the end of "That Yellow b*stard", this story will center around Nancy (Jessica Alba) trying to cope with his death.[9]
