Facebook is about to be hit with a multi billion dollar fine over this exact situation

maybe less than 20% of the ads youll see are based on what you search for.. its why you can go to your instagram explore page and see an ad for buying gold rolex watches but youve never searched for watches or why you get random Febreeze ads on the coli but never searched for Febreeze anywhere..
