When a person chooses to have sexual relations with another person--even if that person misrepresents themselves as a tranny or rich or white or Donald Trump--then those sexual relations are consensual by default. The lie itself is not even punishable by law as it's a person's responsibility to vet what is true.
I disagree. Having sex with someone who you think is rich or Donald trump speaks to someone being opportunistic and unfortunately losing out cause indeed it may or may have not been the case. Having sex with someone If you thought they are white is easily verifiable and wouldn't matter either way.
Having sex with a transgender to many is on a completely different plane and you are casually throwing it in the mix of unrelated examples.
I agreed with your points of murder going to far but there has to be some sort of protection from the law from people who go out their way to make sure you can't verify as you said what you are getting into until it's too late. Do you think that's a moral thing for them to do on their part?
I have nothing against transgender and I'm at the point in my life where I'm like let them do them. But I feel the principle of something playing out this way would be a violation of another humans being in a similar way to rape
