I beat a gbh case on self defense because i used once punch and didnt attack him once he was unconscious. I felt bad for knockong the dude out i couldnt imagine stomling someone to death once they are out.
Some people in here seem incapable to think objectively. A fight is 1 on 1. When both parties are engaged. When the other party is no longer engaged and clearly unconscious, the fight ends. You don't continue fighting. I see this all the time in fights...fight is clearly over, dude is unconscious and clown continues to take death shots at him. In all those cases the individual should be charged.
