These are the regulations that are being applied. It specifies that these rules can only be applied to athletes with xy chromosomes and 46 XY DSD, which is a intersex disorder

I don't know how anyone could not only allow this but champion it. It's a joke.
It says it includes intersex athletes AND those with testosterone in the male range, not that the rules only apply to athletes who have all of the above.
They’re getting screwed over for having the gift of naturally high endogenous testosterone production. To me it’s like banning Phelps for his massive genetic advantages (cartoonish wingspan and producing half the lactic acid of other elite athletes).
