Check out this list for food spots. Its pretty legit. The 38 Essential Restaurants in Boston

Boston is known for seafood and Italian. These are my favorite spots:

Seafood - Neptune Oyster, Union Oyster House, Eventide Fenway
Italian - Pammy's, Carmelina's, but really just go to the North End (Hanover St) and everything is fire
