Damn this is disappointing

Jags have to figure out what side a the ball he’s gonna be on primarily they gave up alot to get him and he had essentially no impact

This sucks for Hunter as he needed all the reps he could get if this two way thing really has a chance to work. I don't think it will though and eventually he or the Jags will have to decide where he is more available at.

Agreed. And I'd imagine now that this has happened, people in his camp will once again try to convince him to pick a side. Being a WR who maybe plays a few DB snaps if someone gets injured is smarter than outright playing both for 10+ snaps a game. He's gotta decide because this season was a wash. You get injured again next year and suddenly that extension deal money is probably gonna look really different.

Seems like a genuinely good kid...but I feel like a lot of y'all are trying to sugar coat how horrendous the move to get Travis in the draft was.

This will go down as probably the worst move in the history of the sport...even if he bounces back and becomes a solid WR or corner.

Yup,two way player at his frailness:mjlol:?
Yea the few times I’ve seen him on redzone I’ve seen him get crushed a few times, although he’s caught the ball. And it doesn’t help that he has a not so good WB sending him kamikaze balls. To then get up, and line up on defense when the rest are recovering is wild.

Othani pitched like 47 innings in the regular season. Thats like 2 innings per week on average. Doing that instead of being an outfielder in 1000+ innings can’t possibly be such a significant difference as being in def/off in a football game

Ohtani pitched that many innings because he was coming off of Tommy John surgery and the Dodgers have an abundance of starting pitching.
