The Who concert disaster - Wikipedia

This is nothing new in the music world.

Happened at a Pearl Jam concert as well

Nine Dead At Pearl Jam Concert

This is the total responsibility of the shytty Concert Promoters. I don't see how Travis Scott should be held responsible. Unless he sold the kids those drugs and was inciting a riot from within the crowd.

Yeah, no. He was literally tweeting about letting people sneak in. And he tried to delete them like a dumbass. Travis is the promoter for Astroworld. Its his production.

Every concert or event you go to has strict headcount limits for a reason. These places have you sign liability waivers for a reason.

Lol these are white kids that are dead. I don’t know what America you’ve loved in but you think these parents are just gone let this shyt ride. Lawyers are drafting up suits as we speak.

He will be fine...he's got bread to fight the cases and these kids were already on drugs at the time of their deaths....

Toxicology reports will torpedo these cases...

Dont bother with the logic breh. Just like with the Baldwin situation, folks here are gonna blame Scott regardless of the facts simply cuz they dont like dude. Had it been a rapper they fukked with, posts would be different.

We know.:mjlol:

Most of the industry is lame, its just calling it like it is.:yeshrug:

We acknowledge that most kids like him.
I mean at the end of day the dude has not put out a bad or even average project wether we are talking music, shoes, etc..he's pretty much the modern day kanye west, their strong points are the same and is what set them apart from their peers...vision and creativity. There are very few rap artist that consistently put together cohesive projects like travis does. Intent is very evident in all of his projects.

Lawyer fees alone have bankrupted people far richer than him. And he isn’t exactly going to be able to do more shows anytime soon. I don’t think this is the end for him but to say he’s going to shrug this off is some dumbass wishful thinking.

Hell with the way this was so obviously overbooked and against fire codes, he maybe liable for people who didn’t even get hurt that bad. People get millions for trauma alone.

Yeah Reddit has this up right now

Quintana was probably his coldest song ever…goddamn :wow:

but Travis was out of line. You can’t jump in a crowd full of fans, rile them up and not expect them to get rowdy. It’s a shoe…a shoe you are probably gonna throw away after the show. It ain’t that serious. That’s a bad look, he might be filing for cancellation soon if he doesn’t get out in front of this.

I don’t see how he’s responsible, the concert organizers and arena security are in the first line of trouble

Its his event. It’s his venue. He’s responsible for his event at his venue. Its not like this was rolling loud or something. This is a travis scott festival. He’s responsible for all that. Again, when you go to an iheart event there’s a reason they have you go thru all those hoops, its not for their health.

You play with fire and get burnt sometimes.
