Fatal was the best outlaw, kadafi easily the second best and was raw with the flow and words. Nap imo is the third best, then Noble. Rest weren't good at all imo.
But the outlaws were loyal and held Pac down even in post death. Yea I don't agree with what Edi and Noble are doing but end of the day they have to do what's best for them, not Pac. I understand that and I would give them a pass as a fan because they've been loyal.
