Trestman getting fired

Trestman is not HC material but the problem is Cutler. Trestman isn't a genie. He can't turn dog shyt into gold.

trestman has got to go. also, for the bears, it is easier and cheaper to remove all the coaches and the gm, than to eat cutler's contract. even tho we all know cutler ain't shyt either and needs to go. now if they went and got rid of cutler as well, I'd be shocked. but if they remove emery, trestman and all his coaching staff, that'd be enough for the time being.

It doesnt seem like a difference in philosophy like Gruden and Washington

Fair enough, I'm just interested in seeing how teams in similar positions to my own are handling situations like this.
