Ehh this is typical in these types of 1v1 drills. No safety help. Receiver is basically doing whatever the hell he wants with no pass rush. WR gets ever advantage in this drill.

An example of this is Eric Stokes getting burned all training camp by a 4th round rookie. Stokes had a breakout rookie year and put up some All Pro level stats, runs a 4.2 40.. and he still can get cooked on these types of drills by a rook

1 on 1s obviously advantage to the WR but there really ain’t no excuse for him gettin cooked on back to back to back reps
