Ok everybody understand why native Americans and Jewish people and Japanese people get reparations and is cool with those groups recieving reparations but when it comes to ados recieving long overdue OWED reparations from American government that they even ADMITTED they OWE us everybody start panicking and is on suicide watch scared we won't be at the bottom anymore. Scared we won't have to rob, steal, sell drugs, live in ghettos and projects. Scared we will no longer have to raise our kids in poverty struggling to pay the bills no more. Scared we will live in mansions in nice neighborhoods and our kids go to good schools and get a good education and grow up running their own businesses and owning all kinds of companies. Every group outside of ados is scared of reparations becoming a reality for ados. That's why their response is either "reparations will never happen" or "what about us or such and such shouldn't we or they get reparations too" or this is everybody's favorite "I do think y'all(ados) should receive reparations but it shouldn't be a check or cash payouts anything else in the world is fine but just not cash payouts, a check, land, businesses or anything like that".
Fck that we as ados need reparations right now in the form of a check or cash payouts. I can buy my own land and start my own business and pay for the proper education for my kids myself. Cut the fcking check. That's the only thing we need just like the Jewish and Japanese. Nobody told them y'all shouldn't get a check and damn sure nobody in those groups were saying "We shouldn't get a check or cash payouts", "Our struggles are worth more than a check we need education, health care, therapy, blah blah blah. No we'll just take a check to go, thank you.
