Good interview, I like his worldly perspective on oppression and the many forms it takes.
As Americans, we tend to only look at oppression as existing through the lens of white supremacy.
I was never privy to how there was a caste system amongst different African tribes that are all black.
I still think he lacks full understanding in how pervasive and deeply entrenched our specific brand of American racism is, but people calling him a c00n, tom, etc for expressing his experiences and whatnot seem dim.
