In all the weird ways celebrities get arrested, this one takes the cake. According to TMZ, Trey songz was arrested last month in New York for making it rain on a female. The R&B crooner was arrested for an incident that happened back in August 2012, during his album release party at a gentleman's club in Queens, but the news is just coming to light.
According to the report, around closing time (August 22), Trey was involved in an altercation inside the venue, where he is said to have tossed money on a woman. The police complaint states: "Tremaine Neverson, did throw a sum of United States currency at the complainant and said sum of United States currency struck the complainant's left eye causing substantial pain to her left eye."
We are guessing (not confirmed) she was one of the strippers and is looking for a way out.
TMZ states that Trey was arrested on November 1st for the incident and recently went to court in NY, where he was slapped with an order of protection. He is due back in court in February 2013.
