I do 200 between 6-7am before I start my day
I do 150 more at the gym in the early evening, three easy 50 clips between sets of my regular workout for that day
I do 150 more between dinner time and bed time

500+ a day for like 8 years, try this for a month. You can do sets of 10-20 or whatever if thats all u can do comfortably right now, guarantee you at the end of the month you will see wild results. Herhel Walker never lifted weights, all he did was pushups and situps and son was on some action figure ish. I love lifting personally but yeah, pushups are official, definitely help you get stronger

That nikka said his workout consists of 250 pushups a day. He must've misspoke because that ain't shyt. I can do 100 pushups in 1 set.

Try bring 6'4" with long wingspan doing 100 push-ups, it's much harder then being a short nikka like you

You sound stupid bruh, I know cats 6'6 that can do 100 pushups. Bruce Campbell is a perfect example. All dude did was pushups and got to the NFL. He didn't get on bench press training until he was on his way to the league.

Not saying it's impossible, saying it's harder for tall nikkas then your leprechaun nikkas

I'm sure you're not taller than me but this is the internet where every nikka is 6'2 and up so I'll let it go.

You're not supposed to the same workout everyday tho. So if you do 700 pushups one day you should do something else like dumbells the next day. You're supposed to give whatever you're working out a day of rest unless it's cardio.
