Yes. That is part of the problem. But creating a program where you basically tell men what to do with their dikks is extremely stupid and will get you the :stopitslime::camby: real quick.

And where did I ever say NOT to be accountable for our actions? We do that all the time but let's look at the other factors as well.

And ask yourself why many black women don't appreciate the father's role in the family. Or why they would rather choose child support or financial incentives over a father's presence. Or about the role feminism played in shaping the mentality of many black women today. The same feminism that helped created the concept of eugenics.
