I agree that Black Barbers need to take some of this blame. Yes most of it is genetics but if one more damn barber keeps pushing my damn hair line back. I hate barbers who keep going back to the hair line over and over trying to make it right. I had to bark on my boy, he's great but right before he was about to push my ish back, I was like just stop. I'm growing my hair out now too and notice a difference. These barbers will push your sh!t all the way back trying to make a damn straight hair line.

No have them do the back and sides but tell them to leave the front alone. You will surprised, it doesn't look as bad as people think it would. But I'm done with these barbers pushing my sh!t back. I'm mad at myself for letting it go on for as long as I did. Don't get me wrong, nothing looks more crispy than a tight shape up but it does affect your hairline when dudes are cutting it over and over again. You think hair is just going to regrow there after 1,000's of shape ups?

Notice how our lines have to be on point all the time? Steve Harvey made it a phenomenon for our lines to be at an unrealistic standard. Yeah, stress and genetics are a part of it, but barbers need to educate to their clients that the straight line can cause premature balding.

I actually wanna get that Kendrick type cut

Natural at the top (I'm a professional; so I can't go as wild); tapered on the sides

I might do that; line the back, corners and sides (I don't have dumb sharp clippers)

Basically this is exactly how my forehead used to be. They stayed dabbing me up with alcohol I used to see the little cotton ball get pulled out of the bottle and knew yet again, this nikka done f*cked up And to think I've been tipping these nikkaz all these years to f*ck up my hairline
