Ive done physical labor in minus degree and 100 degree weather. You cannot escape the heat.

We got humid summers and frigid winters. Wind plus cold is an unbeatable combo. I appreciate seasons when the winters are moderate but brehs talking about they would prefer the cold have no idea what cold is. Let's just be honest.

You have to experience that dry heat for an extended period of time. I've lived through ice storms up here where the power was out for two weeks because everything was frozen over and couldn't be worked on. I'll still take this winter over the neverending blaze.

Live in Florida or California for a few years and you'll see.

yes I've done both. it's not comparable. a cold alert shuts everything down moreso than any heat wave.

My apartment is old as fukk. My place has the same windows as when it was built in the 60's. So they have no insulation. It's like my windows might as well be open. And yeah, I have heat, but since the insulation sucks I don't feel it. Especially when the wind is blowing.

Y'all can't be serious. Get some gloves and a coat and you straight. My old ass Lexus warmed up in 4 minutes and was blowing hot air. That shyt was too hot

I love extreme weather. I've been running cross country and working out in this kind of weather my whole life so it doesn't bother me. I also have real thermal winter gear as well so I know how to dress warm when I step outside. Everybody isn't built the same though

I LOVE dry heat. I can't fukk with humidity, that's my weakness. Ain't no pretending.

But the cold defeats everyone. I was out at 5 a.m. yesterday. The looks on peoples faces said it all. Pain

not in jersey. Our roads are almost always maintained and public transportation never stops. You are expected to come in no matter how cold it is. We're told working keeps you warm

Heat waves give workers an excuse to call out and have emts on standby. HR aint scared of a cold employee, they fear an employee seeing dots and sweating. There were constant "stay hydrated" campaigns during the summer at my old job.
