Beyoncé couldn’t sing until she did Dreamgirls. She stepped her voice game up heavily after that movie. She did a lot of vocal training for the role and widely increased her range.

Kevin hart is hit or miss. I think he’s more funny more times than not. I think his stand up got stale because the specials were all the same type of jokes, his stand up never evolved. It became predictable, and requires no thought from the audience. Best comedians leaves us rethinking and reshaping how we do things. Chappell, Chris Rock, even Bill Burr.

She can def sing and have a beautiful voice as this clip shows. You can def. here the gospel influence as well. But if somebody like Jasmine or Mary sung this, it would be a different vibe. But it's subjective, I get it.
