If you gon put sneakers in plastic boxes
You got to put silicone packets in them to keep the moisture out
When I was deep into sneakers, I never did that
Always kept them in OG boxes and put packets in there as well
The thing is Js quality fell off something terrible in the 2010s
Midsole were cracking like a bytch which led to the soles being trash like that
And even if you look on Goat they will advise you that certain sneakers will crumble due to age and storage
Nike Air Maxes were doing that at one point
The only Nikes that haven’t come apart(at least I haven’t seen any) are SBs
I still have some golden era SB(Little bears, Skate or Die and some others) and the soles look brand spanking new
