It says .01 a contract but when you try to buy at .01 or even .05 it’ll jump to like .90 a contract

Yeah I have some. But it changes with when I try to buy more lower.

I bought some just for the hell of it rn. That's my local power company. They do a good job, so let's see if they make me some money.

Yea it just means that the open interest is low and someone set a sell order at .9.
Chances are you won’t be able to see if it doesn’t increase because there won’t be any buyers BUT at .1 it’s a cool gamble.
