Gavin Newsome and his San Francisco background is not going to sell in the places where they need voters in Rust Belt. If the Dems want to win in 2020. It's got to be a Joe Biden type.

I'm not sure if the fact that he's from San Francisco matters all that much.I'm not the first to make this point, but in 2004 no democrats thought the answer to their problems in 2008 would be Barack Hussein Obama from Chicago, Illinois.
