Trillburger opens a drive through and the lines are blocks down the street. What's the longest you have waited for food?

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
What do you consider the heights breh because I wouldn’t call this around the corner from there. This is more the upper Kirby area,

I’m on 12th St. When I head to campus/Rice, I pass this spot like midway on my commute. Rice is like twenty minutes away from me. Unless I’m thinking about the wrong place, this joint is like ten minutes away. It’s not far from a Gamestop, across from a Valero gas station, and where the Trill Burger is, there used to be some kinda Coney/hot dog restaurant before. Unless the one I’m thinking of is different than the one in the video… 🤔

People in the comments saying ain't no damn burger worth this wait. Others saying it's nothing because you supporting Bun. BTW, I read that it's 4 other owners of Trill Burger. :dahell:

Even if Tupac, after faking his death and hiding with Assata in Cuba for 27 years, where he used the time to create the perfect Burger, reappeared tomorrow and opened a chain of restaurants, I wouldn't be standing in line for more then 15 minutes to try it :yeshrug:

"The company has 5 contacts on record. The contacts are Andy Nguyen from Houston TX, Benson Vivares from Houston TX, Bernie Freeman from Houston TX, Nicholas Scurfield from Houston TX, and Patsy Vivares from Houston TX."

Looks like 3 Asians and a white guy. They just got him as the face of the brand. Wonder what his equity is

4 Hours -Franklin BBQ Austin TX

The brisket was good (a bit soft for my tastes, even the bark), but not 4 hours good.

3 hours in NYC Heat - Di Fara's Pizza, BKNY - Back when ol boy was still alive.

Totally worth it.

Not even worth the wait anymore, La BBQ & Browns are way better plus no waiting. Only line worth waiting is Killens cause they handing out free beer.

From what I hear and how Houston tends to get down -- I haven't had it yet, so this is solely my speculation -- it's a damn good burger, but the effort needed to get it is exacerbated by Houston's food scene being treated and presented as more of a "vibe" for the experience/social media clout and all that as opposed to a true mecca for food. It also doesn't help that the "proprietor" is a true Houston legend so the support's coming regardless.

To answer the question? About a hour, hour and a half or so for the Popeye's Chicken Sandwiches. I will NEVER wait that long for food again.
Houston is a true mecca for food tho. There's no more diverse of a good hub on the planet

Everything you're talking about has come in recent years, but that's a byproduct of Houston already being a food mecca and a major city

I believe you. That's just not how it comes across is all.
