I'm not surprised. Bun probably owns 0.4% of the business.

It's a smash burger that uses remoulade instead of the typical thousand island dressing aka "secret sauce".
In Houston, all them NOLA folks probably already doing that already.

Good food does not make a good business.

"Trill" is what makes it a viable brand.

Hopefully Bun has some good people around him, because those folks would be serving the same tired smash burgers out of truck still.

Whataburger finally opened in my city after like 20 years of talks. It was about a 2 hour wait in the drive through. Definitely wasn't worth it.
