If u had a question of if labels have a clue what to do or what the formula is they don't.....They don't know music or talent anymore. That's why they have to wait until they see whats hot and try to jump on it.

Once they jump on it and get rights to the song it's whatever for the artist. They could care less. Tax write off microwave music.

People's attention spans getting shorter and shorter. And the people moving mostly independent know better than to take that loan. If your life isn't in shambles and you don't need the handout don't take it.

This might not be that bad for him. He can tour and jump on collaborations with other artists without labels reaching in and taking half of what he makes.
There are plenty of undiscovered producers that he can get with to drop some at least moderately popular songs. He can branch out and use his name recognition for quite a bit. The Internet is a powerful tool. This shouldn't be the end for him.

Not surprising he did get signed of the strength of one song so it was only of matter of time before he got. As far as him going broke he should've been saving money for future that's why we see so many stories about rappers going broke trying to buy all this bullshyt jewelry, cars & tricking on these thot bytches instead of investing in the future. Anyways I don't root for anyone to fail even if I don't like em.

Who gives up half a mill for 60k? Doesn't add up, but I'm not gonna bother debating common sense.

if we gonna ignore the fact that trinidad james is garbage rapper without any kind of talent or skill, doesn't get respect from other rappers and the public don't gives a fukk about him anymore, yes this will not be the end for him.
