You're 100% spot on about the whole "burials" and "politics" aspect.
Wrestling wise however and Bret memes aside Triple H isn't a 4/10...well he wasn't from 1999-2001. He was great then. Post quad injury he's certainly never been up to that level again.

HHH turning RAW into his own personal playground from 02-04 was pretty awful. He was desperately trying to be his idol, Ric Flair, and even started a 4 Horseman group, changed his tights/boots to Flair colors for awhile, and many, many long title reigns. I also forgot about his Harley race bounty that he put on Goldberg too. It's like "Find your own identity, breh. "

this is probably true but if we are going by what Punk said.. then Punk was going over HHH. Problem was Punk felt if it's not last then it isn't the main event. I don't like Punk much either, I think he's a whiner for the most part.

Punk is just a real a$$hole and tbh, if he wasn't married to AJ Lee she probably would still be in WWE right now. Punk just went to have that UFC fight to spite WWE and it bit him in the face. Vince would probably welcome him back to the "E" with open arms but Punk & HHH would be a problem. The thing is though I doubt we'll ever see Punk again in WWE because dude is just too prideful to say somethings could have been done differently. Then to top it off yes, WWE fukked him over badly but Punk started clowning on wrestling fans so I don't know if they would kindly take to him and on top of it, you got boatloads of younger talent.

Even though, HHH had multiple reigns during the fall of 2002 until spring 2005 a lot of them was short except the long 9 1/2 month title run he had in 2003. If they hadn't signed Goldberg in March of that same year, HHH would've had a full 12-15 month title reign before Benoit beat him at WrestleMania. Booker T should have been put over at WrestleMania that year but don't get me started with the subliminal racist shyt they were doing to Booker during that feud.
