The only story I can think of right now is Asuka/Iyo which has been good, very entertaining. Cody doesn't have a story. Rollins doesn't have a story. Rhea is just involved in other people's shyt. Vaquer doesn't have a story. Brock disappeared again. Cena is retiring and doesn't have a story. Punk doesn't have a story.

If you want to count Roman and the Usos circling the drain on shyt they've already done that could count as a story but is Roman sticking around?

Bayley has a story with her split personality. But they can't seem to come up with anything besides Lyra being whenever Bayley talks to her backstage, then agreeing to whatever activity Bayley tells her to take part in, then wondering if Bayley's going to kill her when they get in the ring.
