Fill me in on what’s going on

And I don’t even think there are nut huggers for hhh here lol I think everyone holds hhh at fault in someway here
Trick having a losing streak before getting called up is completely idiotic, and there are a few people on this forum that always try to explain away every dumb thing HHH does.
who wants to tell him?
Tell me what?
Is he actually even leaving NXT though? Feel like the same bullshyt he was doing with DJ Tatanka :unimpressed:
Smackdown is the worst it's ever been, and they have 2 ready to go stars in Trick & Oba. You can't tell me Trick & Oba aren't purposely being held back so they don't fukk up triple k's plans for his B&G favorites.

I don’t think he’s getting called up

And even if he did, his wins and loses don’t matter on the main roster, storyline wise, and from the fans perception since most folks don’t watch NXT.

We still see dudes who win a lot in nxt and nobody cares about that when they’re on the main roster.

You worrying yourself out for no reason my boy

Mark taking my argument to the extreme

Je’von shouldn’t be world champion or main event status his first couple of years.

15 years is insane tho.

I was thinking 5-6 years in is where you should decide if a talent is ready. Unless you’re a Brock Lesnar/kurt angle type.

Which I think Oba is…. Dude should either be pushed to the moon or be a consistent spotlight of the show, main eventer, or champ by like year 3… even earlier if he’s killing it

Like who…?

Saying his wins & losses dont matter in NXT is like saying it doesn’t matter if you’re heel or face there. It all matters.

Only a child will think it's real, or the hardcore fans with the mentality of a child. Don't know what this "magic" be talking about is. Are people going to WWE shows and thinking they entering Disneyland? Imagine walking into the park wondering if Mickey and Goofy have beef. A normal person would be like entertain us and deal with your own shyt after work. :stopitslime:

Trick isn't like the average NXT callup, whenever he's made appearances on the main roster he's gotten great reactions. Trick wasting away in NXT while Ilja immediately wins a belts after being gone for over a year is exactly what's wrong with the WWE now.

Hasn’t pro wrestling always had guys in their late 30s-early 40s at the top of the card. It’s never really been a young man’s game consistently. The problem now is that there are no stars of any age range that aren’t part timers. Roman Lesnar Punk and Cena will be gone in a couple years.

There’s no stars left after that regardless of their age.

We’ve literally heard for about 30 years now how WCW holding down the younger talent is what killed them…

It’s BS but it’s just funny seeing the “Oh that was different” when it comes to wwe now.

Vince ALWAYS made sure to have his next young star on deck:

Taker
Bret
Shawn
Rock
Lesnar
Cena
Orton
Lashley
Reigns
Theory
Etc.

I feel it's just a case of people lashing out because they don't like the product anymore. 18 to 24 months ago everything was clicking for WWE and people could've cared less about very late 30s to mid 40s wrestler on the spotlight.

But when the product is stale, the first thing you look for is fresh idea and fresh(er) people on top to inject a spark. And WWE has historically been pretty adamant when it comes to doing a change of guard. Every decade you get 4 to 6 wrestlers that eventually get on top and it seems that currently, people want that process to start happening and it doesn't look like it will start anytime soon.

One of the reasons the Nexus angle got such an instant was because WWE had spent all of 08', 09' and 10' pushing the same people (with 08' being a pretty good year compared to the rest) and Nexus had 8 new faces to the WWE audience. Granted, most of them weren't ready for that opportunity and most of them were only midcard talent at best, but it was a clear sign of things to come with The Shield, The Wyatt Family and the NXT crew (Owens, Zayn, etc.) debuting and getting important roles in the 5 years after the Nexus stuff.
