Goldberg on his retirement match: “It makes it extremely difficult to get prepared without going overboard. I hurt myself a couple times in the past 3 months.” — “I’m extremely limited because of my left knee. I can’t run. Hell, I’m working around my shoulder I haven’t been able to use for 5 years”

Triple H: You can’t run or use on of your shoulders?

Goldberg: Yeah, give me another year and I’m probably stuck in a rehab facility

Triple H: That sounds great. Here, sign the on the line. We just got rid of another black guy so we got some extra money to play around with. Some of these idiot fans will literally pay for anything :mjlol:

Listening to Steve and Larson podcast and they mentioned a good point about Seth’s stable.

No backstage segments to hook you into the in depth character development of each talent yet.

For example, Roman in his suite talking down to the Bloodline every week.

They just come out to the ring and Seth cuts the usual drivel.

I was thinking about this past few days about the usual drivel thing and I've come to the conclusion that you only need one or maybe even two good promos to sell a match, and that's depending on the match that it is. And that's basic in ring promo not no more interesting storyline segment. It gets repetitive when someone says the same thing or cuts the same promo. With the bloodline they had something different each week whether it was testing Sami loyalty or arguing if he belonged in the group. But I see no need for a match to get the same promo every week especially if they aren't gonna be good ones.

Problem is the lack of characters and character development. You can put any other heel in place of Seth and it wouldn't make much difference.

There’s no big hook to bring you into the product

The stable with Seth is going nowhere only the generic “we want power & control”

Not even Cena right now is interesting

There’s no consistent story right that is captivating there just going the AEW route where it’s just matches to have matches

The shows aren’t bad (we’ve seen how bad WWE can get) their boring
Boring is bad :mjlol:
