Did Charlotte forget the women's main event that happened two years later? Or did that not count because it was for a two-night show?

Chuck was only tryna big up herself and tryin to downgrade two performers that are better than her. Yes, night 1 can be a main event. Stone Cold main evented a night 1. The Rock main evented a night 1.

If she were still NXT champ then maybe. Although I see it being a better main event for Evolution.
She’s lost steam. Not only losing her title but losing Booker T and everything he did for her character the other announcers can’t, Then losing MITB, and then the Fatal 4 Way Idk….
She’s starting to remind me of where KO was after he lost to Cena. And HHH’s track record with recent NXT call ups hasn’t been the greatest either.
