Me being back in the game doesn’t mean the products are flawless lol

WWE peaked during the lead up to Cody vs Roman 2 for me, and AEW hasn’t had a creatively flawless year since 2021 for me

me feeling they’ve peaked doesn’t mean I think the current products are terrible. I just think their best is behind them and both are creatively burned out. This is my opinion. A lot of ppl would agree, I’m sure.

If it was really mid you wouldn’t be wasting time on watching. Doesn’t matter if they “peaked” or not because it’s good enough to keep you, and millions of others, watching. Nothing is perfect.

Lol you’re confusing me with this conversation

Idk if I offended you by saying Tony Khan would benefit from hiring a new booker or something but I still stand by the belief that WWE and AEW could both use a refresher creatively

:yeshrug:

Whether I’m watching now or keeping up with it is besides the point. doesn’t negate any opinion I’ve offered.

And for the record I don’t watch either show live and I use online streams after the fact that don’t even count toward viewership. If the products called for it I’d absolutely be glued to my tv live every week like I have been in the past. So yeah, it makes a difference when the show is consistently good, and I personally don’t think either show has been that for a while

I’m saying the business is still good enough to keep you watching. Doesn’t matter if it’s live or replay, you’re still watching despite both companies “peaking.” If it was weak you would have never gotten back into it. :dead:

Because I call out a dumb take means I’m “offended”? You’re always trying to pull some shyt. Like I said, who’s gonna handle creative? The Bucks? Bruce Prichard? :skip:

What shows/stories (in either promotion) you like right now @Larry ?

Also what's some shyt you hate lol

There’s nothing I hate right now personally. there’s nothing that I feel like I have to rush to my tv to see though.

In WWE I’m a fan of the truth stuff right now so even if I skip a show, I’m still gonna watch those segments on YouTube at the very least. In general though, WWE feels like it’s moving in slow motion and I usually get bored when I try to tune in live. End up bouncing and going back to finish later..

With AEW I at least know I’m usually going to get a really good match beyond anything else. Really looking forward to omega and okada. Also excited to see hangmayne hopefully end moxley’s run. There’s really no angle that’s hooked me over there tho. I just watch because I know the matches for the most part will be good

Idk why homie responding like I’m trashing the shows. I just think both products are mad decent at the moment. I’d like for em to be better than just mad decent but that’s me. There isn’t a single angle in wrestling right now that I wake up on show day geeked about

Bro, you pushed this argument. Now you wanna stop after I called out how you’re still watching this shyt after it passed it’s “peak” and asking who would takeover creative if TK and Trips stepped down. :mjlol:

If this shyt actually needed a transition you wouldn’t be wasting your time watching. No one watches something when it’s on a downfall, especially when they stopped watching “after it peaked.”:skip:

I stopped watching many tv shows after they peaked. Never got back into them.
