Trophies and achievements

When I first started with my 360 I tried hard to get all the achievements. Then they started adding DLC specific achievements and I don't buy DLC a lot of the time I think I got like 36k gamerscore

I used to be all into achievements when I first got my 360. I've got 11 100% games on there. I platinum-ed Last of Us and Infamous: SS on PS3/4.

Yea I only play on Xbox. shyt builds up over 9 years or however long the 360 been out.

When games like CoD or Battlefield or any game in general adds new content, they would attach achievements to game regardless if you buy the DLC or not which ruined me getting 100% on a lot of games.

I never go for 100% completion on games. The only time I got close was AC II and thats probably the most easiest game to platinum

The Walking Dead (Season One) has to be the easiest platinum trophy

I cracked over 50 K on my 360. I think I stopped at 52 and that was cause it gave me problems, so I switched to PS3.

That Mile High Club mission was my second most proud achievement behind 100% completion in GTA4.

Can't explain the the emotion of beating that fukking mission.

Got to the end once and shot the hostage and threw a controller in wall.

depends on the game and the trophies...if it's a game I enjoy, i'll go for the plat/100% of trophies (not all games have plats)...unless they have dumb ass trophies and/or mp trophies...i'm not really a mp player, and when they try force you to play it to reach certain levels to get certain trophies is just bullshyt, and I say fukk those trophies....

as for a number: I got about 17 plats now.....and i'm about a playthrough or 2 from getting plats in about another 10 games...last plat I got was infamous...

probably just the difference in games i got but i get way less ps3 "trophies" then 360 "achievements"

We get achievements na mean.. But to answer your question, I believe I platinum'd Uncharted 2 (possibly 1 as well)

I still haven't hit 25,000 And I been a member for over 10yrs
BUT, if my modded xbox achievements carried over (I was banned) I'd probably be in the 40/45,000 range

way too fukkin much....i completed 92% in arkham asylum...without IGN's walkthrough i would have probably done 15-20%

But I fully understand how/why it would be an issue in 2014. We have too many games, so if one is tough?
We don't have the time/patience to figure it out. AS a kid, I was getting 1-3games a year
So I'd know a game front/back/sideways by the time I was done with it. Can't enjoy games today because there is always a newer shiner game coming out next week.. yes, I'm :ufury2:

They do now on Xbox One. In game and real life rewards. They haven't launched it yet, but it does launch in just over a week. Virtual VIP Room is what they call it. June 1st, only on XBL

DLC = DownLoadable Content, something that should be an Xbox 360 only thing since PS3 has blu-ray
But DLC wasn't in the plans when those systems launched. Xbox had to do it to fit extra content
Sony just said "fukk it, dev's.. make your bread however you want"
To Sony's defense, they asked dev's to make there games have more content and the dev's didn't see why when they wouldn't benefit from it
DLC, they could. So now we are STILL dealing with this DLC bullshyt. So any game to fully enjoy? FPS?
You paying $112.50 or in Titanfall's case.. $85 (if you paid full price) fukk THAT

They do, I've noticed that as well. But to be fair, I don't usually play the same game on both systems
So maybe its just the exclusive games on sony that spread them out more?

nikka...ccomprehension. The challenges aren't a part of the story or main game...they are just lil side missions sprinkled around the game...it's literally you walking over questions mark trophies to collect them, some are just hidden in obscure areas that it becomes difficult to find them. You don't have to do it at all to enjoy the game, I just did it for the fukk of it. I've never used a walkthrough to complete the story or main part of any game.
