He's right. There are a lot of offenses who are just not executing at a reasonable level for an NFL team.

Whether it's because of the lack of practice time (they've cut back significantly on how much a team can practice and hit in training camp), inexperienced/bad HC/Coordinators, or bad QB play. The level of execution on offense is abysmal.

You wanna take the physicality, bad intentions, two-a-days, and haymakers out of the game while also employing RBs at QB PLUS overemphasizing flags to give the offense a distinct advantage?

This is what you get. The majority of us fell in love with this game due to its barbaric nature, and moreso because the barbaric nature wasn't just a show of caveman machismo but an actual building block to teams and game plans overall.

And while we've always loved QBs with some elctrifying flair to their game, I don't think real football fans ever wanted to see athleticism replace the skillset of a QB sitting back in the pocket and surgically dissecting a defense. Randall Cunningham, Steve Young, and Steve McNair is what we wanted, not the Justin Fields and Anthony Richardsons of the world.

Fukk your CTE. I want my football back, and I say that as both a former collegiate player from the very physical 90s / early 2000s era and as unapologetically as can be.

I also blame the transfer portal and these "guru/whisperer" coaches

Dudes are learning 3 systems in 4 years while in college because they keep transferring, nikkas come in the league and are getting babysat by these Guru coaches who really don't know what they are doing

People: The NFL product is bad

Real World : Everybody associated with the NFL makes more money than they ever have and the NFL's ratings are higher than they ever have been.

"This product is so bad that people make the most money they have ever made producing it, people spend more money on it than ever before, and more people watch it than ever before in more places than before".
