witnesses and camera footage is the same thing. You don't need to be caught on tape if 20 people say they saw you fire a weapon. But yeah Ave gettin fried anyway regardless.
They're gonna offer him a quarter and he'll plea to a dime. Even with witness accounts to place the body on someone else, he's still the only one clearly on camera firing into a crowd. That's an automatic 10 right there.
