I'm on Troy Aves side only because Tax acted foul from the beggining: bullying ave and co, shooting when he couldve fight and then being pen pal with the judge

BUT

even though he's on tape, like Banga Sr. said, the feds got all that evidence - prints, dna, ownership of the gun and all a testimony would weigh TONS and the DA will ask Troy no doubt. They dont need his testimony but...they will ask him. Just to seal the case against Tax.
