Like I said I grew up and was told different but I also know what that life really is that’s been why I’m not in it. I went off to school came back and everybody was snitching on somebody. Had to get one of my close friends out of that shyt because they would have snitched on him.

i believe that tax's lawyer would write exactly that. im not questioning the content itself or the lawer's defense strategy. but I dont believe the lawyer wrote this specifically. way too many typos, grammatical errors and other things that make it look totally fugazi.
no lawyer worth his salt would submit something to a judge written like that. lol at referring to the victim who ties the whole defense strategy together by his street nickname too, throughout the whole document. not only would his birth name be available to the lawyer no matter what, it was made available to the general public by the media 12 hours after the shooting happened. why is he referred to as Banga? why does it mention other things that Banga has allegedly done but gives no proof; no citation of actual charges, where the charges came from, or convictions?
no lawyer would drop unproven allegations against troy or banga either, unless it stated they were merely allegations. "collins has ordered assults on other artists" etc.. LMAO.

why wouldnt tax lawyer refer to him as "banga" aka his street name
banga was out on bail for a shooting, tax lawyer can bring this up, its called painting the narrative,he is obviously showing that banga isnt an angel,its even known the he started the confrontation
