I'm on that joint now, and feel the opposite. Both tracks really just need reworking on production & mixing/mastering. They're not bad joints though, just sound out of place with the quality of the first 2 joints.
Troy spitting tho.

If he would've shaved off Freaks Only, Drug Game, & Rikers Island (all poorly mixed and not AS good as the other tracks), this might be a Classic EP.
