You had Q tip working with Mobb Deep. Mobb Deep didn't think Q tip was weirdo, he had hot beats and could rap and to be honest at the time, a bigger star than them and they got creative and worked on making great music.

This is hiphop yes but you need a bit more than 3k to get a dude with a large international fanbase to drop every positive thing he's doing to respond.
He'll deal with Troy Ave when he has the time. I hope you aren't trying to compare this to the case where we had a gold selling battle rapper dissing another big but soft non-battle rapper, the bigger rapper responding and the battle rapper spending days on twitter and instagram, flexing his hacking and stealing skills instead of battling.

This is a relatively unknown rapper that says he sold more than a young rapper with a big following, the kid responding and saying that he sold more according to the facts, the old dude catching feelings and dissing the bigger rappers dead teenage hipster buddy. Then tweets 30 times, calls radio stations saying stupid shyt. The big but young rapper responds to these 30 tweets by posting half a bar after seeing dude doing some reckless shyt.

That's the case, it's like boxing. No one will care if a no name dude with 6 L's and 4 W's calls out Broner. But if Alvarez calls out Broner and Broner doesn't respond, we've got a problem.
