i'm not a huge joey badass fan. but the kid can rap his ass off. i was a troy ave fan. until i realized a.) all his successful radio/crossover materiel is usually inspired by someone else's shyt (and when it's not... he's pretty fukking corny in his attempts), and b.) he's not 1/10th as nice as his ego wants everyone to believe.

ppl are acting like joey badass doesnt have to respond because, by every single measurable factor that determines success, he wins. bigger social presence. sold a shytload more albums (and he only sold about 200k... wtf does that say about troy average?). tours around the world vs. state to state in his uncle's dune buggy. etc etc etc.

a back-and-forth with troy ave only benefits one party in this battle: troy ave. so i get why joey might, MIGHT ignore it.
