Here are portions of a conversation about a year ago with a brother that has been reaping the Bloods in the city since it's began here.

He's one of the brothers in the below news clip where members where of the different organizations were speaking on the truce in place during the Baltimore rebellion that occurred not long ago. He's the big brother with the rag around his neck.
